I. Paul Speaks to the Commander (vs. 37-39)
   a. Under the protection of the Romans, Paul is being taken to the
   barracks. Who must be following along with Paul and the commander?

   b. Why does Paul ask the commander for permission to address the mob?
 
   c. Does this commander have any idea who Paul is or what his is all about?

   d. Is Paul’s addressing the crowd in any way, for the same reason he was
    helping the four Jews complete their vows at the temple?
    What was the reason?
