Acts 16:16-34

I. The slave Girl (vs. 16-18)
   a. What was the slave girl’s problem?

   b. Was what she said true, and how did she know this?

   c. Why did this all greatly annoy Paul and what did he do about it?

 

II. The Philippian Jail (vs. 19-25)
   a. For his good deed, what did the slave girl’s owners do for Paul and Silas?
 
   b. What statement in verse 21 spoken by the slave owners, gets the
    magistrates to beat Paul and Silas, but fails to determine their citizenship?
   
   c. Where are Paul and Silas secured?

   d. How do Paul and Silas deal with the pain and injustice of their
     incarceration?
