GWTC: To Love and Be Loved ~ 1 Corinthians 13:1-13

 

I.  WITHOUT LOVE  (vs. 1-3)

a.  How does Paul describe a person that generates words without love?

b.  The person who is powerful in knowledge, wisdom, and faith but has no love is?

c.  The person who is generous in good works or appears to be self-sacrificing but does not have love is?
 

II.  THE NATURE OF LOVE (vs. 4-8)

a.  What does Paul say that love does?

b.  What does Paul say that love does not do?

            c. Why is it a good idea to always make love your investment?

III.  PROGRESS  (vs. 8-13)

a.  What is Paul trying to show us in this series of progressions?

b.  What do you think Paul is talking about when he states, “when that which is perfect has come?”

c.  What gifts does Paul describe that would pass away? 

d.  Why would God allow these gifts to pass away?
