Acts 21: 26-36

 

I.                Purification (vs. 26-27)

a. In following the recommendation of the Church leaders in Jerusalem Paul accompanies the four men who had taken a vow of purification which required the final seven days be spent in the temple.  He paid their temple fee etc.  What happens as the seven days is almost done? _______________________________________________

II. The Accusation (vs. 27-31)

          a.  Did any of the Jews from Jerusalem find cause to lay hands on Paul prior to the Asian Jews accusation? ______

III.            Rescued from the Mob (vs. 31-36)

IV. Application:  In spite of trying to do everything right to prove his loyalty to God and Judaism Paul still finds himself in trouble.  Can we always avoid trouble? ________ Why or why not? ______________________________________
