The Lord’s Prayer:  LEAD US NOT INTO TEMPTATION

LUKE 11:1-4, MATTHEW 6:13

I.  THE SOURCE OF TEMPTATION (James 1:12-15)
*Temptation = (gr) peirasmos = an enticement to sin, temptation,

whether arising from the desires or from the outward circumstances;

the trial of man's fidelity, integrity, virtue, and constancy      

*NOTE: to be tempted is not sin…to give in is
